How Facilitated Retreats Strengthen Teams, Spark Strategy, and Build Connection

Recently, I had the privilege of facilitating LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network ’s all-staff retreat in beautiful San Diego. This powerhouse team is doing transformative work—opening doors for individuals historically excluded from apprenticeship programs by leveraging the California community college system.

For this all-remote, statewide team, meeting in person wasn’t just a welcome change of pace, it was a mission-critical opportunity to:
