This training prepares organizations to manage crises before they happen by developing a clear crisis communications plan, defining roles, and practicing decision-making under pressure.
Crisis Communications “War-Room” Simulations
A facilitated, high-pressure simulation where participants respond in real time to a realistic crisis scenario. Teams apply their crisis plan, test internal coordination, and strengthen readiness in a controlled environment.
Storytelling for Impact
A workshop focused on using storytelling to communicate impact while centering dignity, equity, and agency using asset framing. Participants learn how to tell authentic stories that resonate, influence audiences, and reinforce organizational values.
Telling Your Story to the Media
